ప్రభుత్వం ఆధ్వర్యంలో మద్యం దుకాణాలు నిర్వహించాలని నిర్ణయించిన నేపథ్యంలో అందులోనూ యువతకు ఉపాధి కల్పించాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది. ఈ మేరకు 3500 షాపుల్లో సిబ్బంది నియామక ప్రక్రియ చేపట్టేందుకు ఎక్సైజ్‌శాఖ సన్నద్ధమైంది. జాయింట్‌ కలెక్టర్ల ద్వారా సిబ్బందిని ఎంపిక చేయనున్నారు. పట్టణాల్లోని షాపుల్లో నలుగురు, గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లోని షాపుల్లో ముగ్గురు చొప్పున పనిచేస్తారు. అందులో ఒకరు సూపర్‌వైజర్‌ కాగా, మిగిలిన వారు సేల్స్‌మెన్‌. సూపర్‌వైజర్‌కు రూ.17500, సేల్స్‌మెన్‌కు రూ.15,000 వేతనాలు ఇస్తారు. 3500 షాపులకు దాదాపు 12వేల మందిని తీసుకుంటారు. సూపర్‌వైజర్‌కు డిగ్రీ, సేల్స్‌మెన్‌కు ఇంటర్‌ విద్యార్హతగా నిర్ణయించారు. కాగా, గతంలో ప్రభుత్వం ఆధ్వర్యంలో మద్యం దుకాణాలు నిర్వహించినప్పుడు అందులోకి తీసుకున్న సిబ్బంది నుంచి సెక్యూరిటీ డిపాజిట్లు స్వీకరించారు. ఇప్పుడా స్థానంలో బాండ్లను స్వీకరించనున్నారు. నగదు నిల్వలు వారివద్దే ఉంటాయి కనుక, ఎవరైనా అవకతవకలకు పాల్పడితే బాండ్ల ఆధారంగా రికవరీ చేయడానికి నిర్ణయించారు.

ఒక ఏడాదికే

ఒక ఏడాది ప్రాతిపదికన మాత్రమే సిబ్బందిని తీసుకోవాలని నిర్ణయించారు. ప్రస్తుతం రాష్ట్రంలో 4380 షాపులు ఉండగా అందులో 20శాతం తొలగించాలని ఇప్పటికే ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది. ఇలా ఏటా 20శాతం చొప్పున షాపులు తగ్గించుకుంటూ వెళ్తామని చెబుతోంది. దీనిప్రకారం వచ్చే ఏడాది కూడా షాపులు తగ్గుతాయి కనుక అప్పుడు ఈ 12 వేల మందిలో 20శాతం మంది ఉపాధి కోల్పోతారు. అందువల్ల ఏడాది కాలానికే సిబ్బందిని తీసుకుంటే, ఎవరు ఉండాలనేది అప్పుడు నిర్ణయించవచ్చు అని భావిస్తున్నారు.

ప్రభుత్వ షాపులకు నోటిఫికేషన్‌
రెన్యువల్‌ చేసుకోకుండా మిగిలిపోయిన 777 షాపులను ప్రభుత్వం ఆధ్వర్యంలో నిర్వహించాలని ఎక్సైజ్‌ నిర్ణయించింది. తొలుత అక్టోబరు నుంచి మొత్తం షాపులను నిర్వహించాలని భావించింది. కానీ లైసెన్సులు రెన్యువల్‌ చేసుకోకపోవడంతో రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా భారీగా షాపులు మిగిలిపోయాయి. దీంతో ప్రభుత్వం ఆధ్వర్యంలో షాపుల నిర్వహణకు అనుభవంగా ఉంటుందని భావించి వెంటనే వాటిని చేపట్టాలని ఒకటి రెండు రోజుల్లో నోటిఫికేషన్‌ జారీకి సన్నాహాలు చేస్తున్నారు. షాపులకు కావాల్సిన ఇళ్ల కోసం, మద్యం కేసులు సరఫరా చేసే రవాణా యాజమాన్యాల కోసం ఈ నోటిఫికేషన్‌ ఇస్తున్నారు. తక్కువ అద్దె, సరైన ప్రాంతంలో ఉన్న ఇళ్లను ఎంపిక చేసుకోనున్నారు.
The AP Government has taken the decision to handle the liquor shops under the control of Andhra Pradesh Beverages Corporation Limited (APBCL). To run these 3500 liquor shops, the officials are going to recruit the 12 thousand people for one year bond. For each liquor shops in rural areas, four people are allotted & for liquor shops in urban areas, five people are allotted. Among those, one is Supervisor & rest are the salesman.
At present, there are 4380 liquor shops in AP, but the AP govt has decided to remove 20% of the shops this year. Likewise, the AP Govt is going to remove the 20% of liquor shops every year.
