1. Open the School Education Department web http://cse.ap.gov.in/DSE/
2. Click on the  REPORTS in  Horizontal Menu Tab
3. State Level Consolidated Reports are displayed in a new window
4. in that rports click on R2-Reports- Teachers Information
5. Then a dropdown menu is opend
6. then click on R2-4 Retiring Teachers Report
7. A Separate window is opened
8. in that Report Card select Category/ year/ months 
9. Then details open as district wise
10. click on which district you want then select mandal 
11. Finally you got the information about retirements in School wise
