While enclosing a copy of the reference read above, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to follow the guidelines issued by the Government and issue necessary instructions to the concerned for celebrating Independence Day.
The Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers are further informed that at District level the flag shall be hoisted by the District Educational Officer / Regional Joint Director of School Education and at School Level it should be hoisted by the Chairman, Parents' Committee.
