Model Appeal Format for AP Teachers Seniority List and DDO/HM /MEO Covering Letter for Corrections / Objections

As per Rc.No.13028/9/2021-EST 3 Dated:14/07/2021 all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education/ District Educational Officers in the state are requested to display Seniority lists of SGTS / School Assistants and equivalent cadres in the websites of respective Districts as per the time line given below, to avoid legal complications in the matter

i. Display of tentative Seniority Lists: 23-07-2021.

ii. Objections if any and redressal: 30-07-2021

iii. Final Seniority Lists: 01-08-2021.

Model Appeal Format Seniority జాబితాలపై అభ్యంతరము లు ఉన్నవారు. ఏ ఏ వివరాలు తప్పుగా నమోదు అయిన లో ఆ వివరాలు సరి చేయుటకు Model Appeal. సీనియారిటి జాబితా నుండి ఒక సారి పదోన్నతులు ఇచ్చిన తర్వాత Seniority నెంబరు మార్పుకు ఎటువంటి అవకాశము ఉండదు. Seniority list లో పేర్లు లేని వారు, Education qualifications, Departmental tests Entry కాని వారు, DOB, DOJ లాంటి వివరాల్లో లోCorrections ఉన్న వారు తగు Proof copies తో Appeal చేసికొన వచ్చును.
