★Reset password option is not enabled due to which many schools are facing problem to enter the Child data

Reply:  Forgot Password has been provided

★For some Children under new admission, when adhar number is entered it is displaying as no details found even though the KYC is done at respective Grama / Ward Sachivalayam

Reply: Send Specific Aadhar No to check

★In new admission after successful entry of Form-I when we enter in to Form-2 it displaying that the age of the child should be between 4 and 12 years even though they are 5+ age group children

Reply: Send Specific Aadhar No to check

★Most of the school Headmasters is requesting to remove mandatory fields regarding blood group and Moles data entry

Reply: No mandatory now U can enter without Blood group and Moles

★Only New student entry option is enabled.  Request to provide other services like to dropout to active and active to dropout the children.

Reply:  Already provided pl check.

★Provide the option for issuing of on-line Transfer Certificate to the children

Reply: Will be provided

★In some schools the new admission entry has been done after 15.07.2021 and they were shifted to next higher class 

Reply: They will be moved to present academic year class

★Edit Student details option is not enabled 

Reply: Will be provided in school login as one time measure.
