Navik General Duty :
10+2 Intermediate Exam with Physics / Mathematics as a Subject From Recognized By recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
Navik Domestic Branch DB :
Class 10th High School From Recognized By recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
Yantrik :
Class 10th & 12th passed and Engineering Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics and Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering of duration 02 or 03 years approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).

Minimum Age : 18 Years
Maximum Age : 22 Years
For Navik GD & Yantrik Post Age Between: 01 August 2000 To 31 July 2004 (Both Dates Inclusive)
For Navik DB Post Age Between: 01 October 2000 To 30 September 2004 (Both Dates Inclusive)
Relaxation in the upper age limit will be applicable as per Government Rule (03 yers for OBC, 05 Years for SC / ST, additional 10 years for PwD etc).
Indian Coast Guard Yantrik & Navik Salary / Pay Scale :
Navik (GD) : Rs. 21,700/- As Basic Pay in Level 3 of 7th Pay Matrix + Allowances As Per Rules
Navik (DB) : Rs. 21,700/- As Basic Pay in Level 3 of 7th Pay Matrix + Allowances As Per Rules
Yantrik : Basic Pay is Rs. 29,200/- in Level 5 of 7th Pay Matrix + Yantrik pay @ Rs. 6200/- Per Month + Other Allowances As Per Rules.

Stage 1 : Written Exam
Stage 2 : Physical Test
1.6 km in 7 minutes, 20 Squat ups (Uthak Baithak), 10 Push-ups.

Step 3: Select the post applied for Navik General Duty, Yantrik
Step 4: A password will be sent to your email.
Step 5: Log in with email id and password and fill all the mandatory fields like date of birth, category, educational details, etc.
Step 6: Candidates must upload a scanned copy of the photograph and signature in .jpeg format. The size of the photograph and signature must be between 10 kb to 40 kb and 10 kb to 30 kb respectively
Step 7: Check your filled details once again prior to clicking on the Submit button.
Step 8 : After successful submission, note down the Application/ Registration number.
