Payments of Eggs and Chikkis bills as per online reports updated in IMMS app

 

జిల్లాలోని ఉపవిద్యాశాఖాధికారులు & మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారులకు తెలియజేయునది ఏమనగా, Director, MDM & SS, అమరావతి వారి ఉత్తర్వుల మేరకు కోడిగుడ్లు మరియు చిక్కీల సరఫరా పరిమాణం (supplied quantities) వివరాలు update చేయుటకు IMMS app నందు ఒక module ని తయారు చేసినారు. సదరు module నందు కోడిగుడ్లు & చిక్కీల వివరాలు stock తీసుకొను సమయములో update చేయవలెను. Headmasters & Mandal Educational Officers యొక్క roles & responsibilities క్రింద చూపబడినవి:

*Headmasters:

IMMS app లో HM credentials తో Login అయ్యి --> Jagananna Gorumudda --> HM services --> Select Month and Phase --> "Chikki/ Egg Receipt --> Enter No. of Eggs/ Chikkis received --> Submit చేయండి. 

HMs నెలకు 2 సార్లు తీసుకొను చిక్కీ వివరాలు & 3 సార్లు తీసుకొను కోడిగుడ్ల వివరాలు stock తీసుకొను సమయంలో IMMS app లో పై తెలిపిన విధముగా ప్రతి నెలా HMs అందరూ తప్పనిసరిగా update చేయవలెను.

*Mandal Educational Officers:

HMs confirm చేసిన వివరాలను పాఠశాల వారీగా కోడిగుడ్ల & చిక్కీల సరఫరా వివరాలను Jagananna Gorumudda site నందు confirm చేయవలెను. అన్నీ పాఠశాలల వివరాలు confirm చేసిన తరువాత ఆ నెలకు సంబంధిత మండలం యొక్క Acknowledgement జెనరేట్ అవుతుంది. మరియు HMs confirm చేసిన reports ను MEOs verify చేసి, కోడిగుడ్లు & చిక్కీల వివరాలు update చేయని exceptional schools ని monitor చేస్తూ ఉండాలి.

*Online confirmation of bills will be effected from 01.04.2022
