Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) invites online applications from eligible candidates for the post of Executives- Sales and Operations (ESO) (on contract) 2025-26.

Executive- Sales and Operations (ESO): 1000 (UR- 448; ST- 94; SC- 127; OBC- 231; EWS- 100)

Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria. Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers/ IT related aspects.

Age Limit as on 01-10-2024: 20 to 25 Years.

Consolidated remuneration: Per month Rs.29,000 to Rs.31,000.

Application Fee: Rs.250 for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates. Rs.1050 for all other candidates.

Selection Process: Based on Online Test, Personal Interview, Document Verification and Pre Recruitment Medical Test.

Structure of online examination: Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation (60 Questions- 60 Marks), English Language (40 Questions- 40 Marks), Quantitative Aptitude (40 Questions- 40 Marks), General/ Economy/ Banking Awareness/ Computer/ IT (60 Questions- 60 Marks).

Total no. of questions: 200. Total no. of marks 200.

Test Time Duration: 120 minutes.
