జూనియర్ కళాశాలల్లో 50%పదోన్నతులతో భర్తీ

ప్రభుత్వ జూనియర్కళాశాలల్లో 50 శాతం జూనియర్ లెక్చరర్ల పోస్టులను పదోన్నతుల ద్వారా భర్తీ చేసేలా నిబంధనలు తీసుకు రానున్నారు. ఈ మేరకు ఇంటర్మీడియట్ విద్య సేవల నిబంధనలకు సవరణ తీసుకొస్తున్నారు. ప్రస్తుతం 90 శాతం పోస్టులను నేరుగా భర్తీ చేస్తుండగా.. 10 శాతం పదోన్న తుల ద్వారా భర్తీ చేసే విధానం ఉంది. ఈ
నిబంధనలో మార్పు చేసి పాఠశాలల్లో పని చేస్తున్న స్కూల్ అసిస్టెంట్లకు 40శాతం, డిపార్టమెంట్ విభాగం నుంచి 10శాతం పడోన్నతులు కల్పించనున్నారు. మిగతా 50శాతం నేరుగా నియామకాలు చేపట్టనున్నారు
