In the circumstances reported by the Director of School Education, AP and me State Project Director, APSS in the reference cited, Government after carefu Examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to the State Projec Director, APSS, to conduct elections to reconstitute the Parents Committees the State, as per schedule below:

Display of Voter List for Conduct of Elections to Parent Committee Members in the Notice Board of Primary/Upper Primary Classes/ High Schools -

Calling of Objections on Voter List and Redressal of Grievances if any - 20.09.2021 9AM to 1.00 PM

Finalization of Voter List for Conduct of Elections to Parent Committees and its display in the Notice Board of the Primary/Upper Primary Schools / High Schools - 20.09.2021 

Conduct of Elections to Parent Committee Members, Finalisation of Elected Parent Committee Members & reconstitution of Parent Committees - 22.07.2021 7.00AM to 1.00 PM

Conduct of Election of Chairman & Vice Chairman by Parent Committee Members - 22.07.2021 1.30 PM Chairman Oath taking by Parent Committee Members, Chairman & Vice-Chairman - 22.07.2021 2.00 PM

The State Project Director, APSS, is therefore, requested to take furt necessary action accordingly, in the matter.

పేరెంట్స్ కమిటీల ఎంపికకు షెడ్యూల్ విడుదల -  సెప్టెంబర్ 16 నుంచి 22వ తేదీ వరకు షెడ్యూల్ – వివరాలు 

* ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల యందు నూతన PC కమిటీల సభ్యులు, చైర్మన్, వైస్ చైర్మన్ పదవులకు ఎన్నికలు నిర్వహించుటకు షెడ్యూల్ తో కూడిన ఆదేశాలు విడుదల చేసిన ఏపి పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి బుడితి రాజశేఖర్ గారు.

* సెప్టెంబర్ 16న నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చేయాలి. మరియు ఓటరిల జాబితా నోటీసు బోర్డులో ప్రదర్శించాలి.

* సెప్టెంబర్ 20న అబ్జక్షన్స్ స్వీకరించాలి.  తుది జాబితా విడుదల చేయాలి.

* సెప్టెంబర్ 22న PC కమిటీ ఎన్నిక నిర్వహించాలి.  ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం చేయించాలి.

* సెప్టెంబర్ 22న మొదటి సమావేశం నిర్వహించాలి.
