ఇప్పటినుండి జీతాల బిల్లులు https://payroll.herb.apcfss.in లోనే చేయాలి. DDO Request సైటు పని చేయదు. ఈ నెల్ జీతం బిల్లు చేయాలంటే ముందుగా RPS-2022 DDO Confirm చేయాలి. తర్వాత STO approve చేస్తే మన PRC Proceedings generate అవుతాయి. అప్పుడే మన స్టాఫ్ పేర్లు జీతాల బిల్లులో Display అవుతాయి.

Payroll వెబ్సైట్ లో basic pay change event లో 2018 జులై నుంచి మనం basicspays ఎన్నిసార్లు మారి ఉంటే అన్ని సార్లు మార్చవలసిన అవసరం ఉంది.(6/12/18/24 scales, ప్రమోషన్ మొదలైనవి)

అదేవిధంగా మరొక ముఖ్యమైన విషయం 2022 జనవరినెలకు అందరికి డిసెంబర్ నెల బేసిక్ ఆధారంగా జీతాలు చెల్లిచడం జరిగింది.

కావున జనవరి 2022 ఇంక్రిమెంట్ ఉన్నవాళ్లకు పే ఫిక్స్ చెసే సందర్భంలో గుర్తుపెట్టుకోవలసిన విషయం ఏమిటంటే basic events lo వీళ్లకు 2022 జనవరి ఇంక్రిమెంట్లు add చేయరాదు.

paybill submission event లో మనకు జనవరి, ఫిబ్రవరి నెలకు సంబంధించిన annual increment submmison ఆప్షన్ ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది. అక్కడ మాత్రమే జనవరి2022 ఇంక్రిమెంట్లు సబ్మిట్ చేయాలి.

ఎవరైనా ఇప్పటికే పొరపాటున జనవరి ఇంక్రిమెంట్ basic event లో సబ్మిట్ చేసి ఉంటే STO గారి వద్ద edit చేయించుకోగలరు.

2. User login Screen

Enter CFMS Code (here login ID)

Once the ID in entered, it will be redirected to the password reset page. Click on Get OTP to receive OTP on your registered mobile number.

OTP is successfully sent and a popup message is displayed. Click on OK. Note: If not registered / to update registered mobile number, please use the CFMS grievances tile.

Enter the OTP received and click on Validate OTP & Generate Password

Popup displaying that password sent to the registered mobile number is shown below. Click on OK

Now the page will be redirected to the logon page. Enter your CFMS ID and new password received to login.

DDOs submit Basic Pay Change Events data by following the below steps:

1. Select Basic Pay Change Events Capture Form

2. Confirm Basic Pay Change Events Capture Form (after submitting the data, confirm the same with e Sign). The data can be confirmed for a single/multiple employee details at any stage after entering the data. 3. View Basic Pay Change Events Capture Status Report

2.1 Password Change

Change default password to ensure security.

Once the password is reset, it redirects to the login page. Enter the username (CFMS ID) and password to redirect to the homepage

3. Basic Pay Change Events Capture Form Click the first tab in the homepage under Basic Pay Change Events after successful login

Select DDO Code and click on Submit button to give the details of the employees’ salaries drawing under them.

All the PRC 2015 employee details under that DDO will be displayed. a. If any employees under PRC 2015 are missed in the list they can be added by clicking on the Individually select each employee to modify their basic pay drawn particulars from1st July2018byclicking on Update button.

Click on OK after reading the instructions provided. Basic Pay Change Events Capture Form is displayed as shown below. Add Basic Pay details of the employee starting from 01st July 2018 till 01st January 2022 whenever it has been updated with different reasons (i.e., increment\promotion\etc.) by clicking on the “Add Row” button. If an extra row has been added, click on “Delete Row” button for deletion of the same. Basic Pay details must be entered from the date of joining for any employee joined after 01st July2018

Enter details pertaining to each employee which includes pay scale, basic pay, reason for change(annual or special increment, promotion, reversion, etc.).

“Add Employee”. b. Details of Employees other than PRC 2015 if found, contact concerned STO office to remove the details of particular employees from the list.

Employee details added successfully. Click on OK

It will be redirect to the Pay Fixation Form where other employee details can be updated.

4. Basic Pay Change Events Confirmation

Select Basic Pay Change Event Confirmation tab to e Sign and confirm the entered employee details

5. e Sign by DDO

Select the DDO Code and click on Submit. The confirmed data will be forwarded to the concerned STO for scrutiny. List of employees will be displayed. Select the employees by clicking on the check box and click on e Sign by DDO

OTP Verification dialogue box appears as shown below. Click on Get OTP

A dialogue box displaying “OTP is sent to your registered mobile number” will be displayed. Click on OK

OTP field will be enabled

Enter the OTP received and click the declaration check box. Click on Validate OTP button.

Process for e Sign popup will be displayed. Click on OK

It will be redirected to Aadhaar authentication page.

Enter Aadhaar number of DDO and click on Get OTP for authenticating the pay fixation details. Enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number of the concerned DDO and click on Submit

A confirmation message will be displayed as shown below indicating that the details of the employees are confirmed by the DDO and sent to concerned STO / PAO. Click on OK
