బొగ్గు, గనుల మంత్రిత్వశాఖ ఆధ్వర్యంలోని కోల్ ఇండియా లిమిటెడ్ మేనేజ్‌మెంట్ ట్రైనీ ఉద్యోగాలకు దరఖాస్తులు ఆహ్వానం పలుకుతుంది. ఈ నోటిఫికేషన్ ద్వారా మొత్తం 11 విభాగాల్లోని ఖాళీలను భర్తీ చేయాలని నిర్ణయం తీసుకోవడం జరిగింది. అర్హత గల అభ్యర్థులు డిసెంబరు 21 నుంచి ఆన్‌లైన్ ద్వారా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి అని తెలిపింది కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం. ఆసక్తి గల అభ్యర్థులు జనవరి 19 వరకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునే అవకాశం ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది. దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్న అభ్యర్థులకు ఫిబ్రవరిలో ఆన్‌లైన్లో రాతపరీక్ష నిర్వహించడం జరుగుతుంది అని తెలిపింది కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం.

ఇక పోస్టుల వారీగా విద్య అర్హత నియమించడం జరిగింది. ఇక అర్హత వివరాల విషయానికి వస్తే బీఈ/బీటెక్/బీఎస్సీ(ఇంజినీరింగ్), సీఏ/ఐసీడబ్ల్యూఏ, పీజీ డిగ్రీ (హెచ్ఆర్/పర్సనల్ మేనేజ్‌మెంట్/ఇండస్ట్రియల్ రిలేషన్స్)/ఎంబీఏ/ మాస్టర్ డిగ్రీ(సోషల్ వర్క్), పీజీ డిగ్రీ అర్హత కచ్చితంగా ఉండాలి. ఇక వయసు వయోపరిమితి మాత్రం అభ్యర్థుల వయసు 01.04.2020 నాటికి 30 సంవత్సరాలలోపు కచ్చితంగా ఉండాలి. నిబంధనల మేరకు వయోపరిమితిలో సడలింపులు అవకాశం కూడా ఉంది.
ఇక ముఖ్యమైన దరఖాస్తు ఫీజుగా జనరల్, ఓబీసీ అభ్యర్థులు రూ.1000 చెల్లించాల్సి చాలు. ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, దివ్యాంగులు, సంస్థ ఉద్యోగులకు ఫీజు నుంచి మినహాయింపు కూడా ఉంది. వీరు ఎలాంటి ఫీజు చెల్లించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు అని కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం తెలిపింది.
ఇక దరఖాస్తు విధానం విషయానికి వస్తే ఆన్‌లైన్ ద్వారా అప్లై చేసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఇక ఎంపిక విధానం మాత్రం ఆన్‌లైన్ రాతపరీక్ష, ఇంటర్వ్యూ, డాక్యుమెంట్ వెరిఫికేష్, మెడికల్ టెస్ట్ ద్వారా.మొత్తం 200 ప్రశ్నలకుగాను 200 మార్కులకు ఆన్‌లైన్ రాతపరీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తారు.

Coal India Recruitment 2020: Coal India has invited applications for the recruitment of 1326 Management Trainees. CIL Management Trainee Recruitment will start from this Saturday i.e. on 21 December . Eligible and interested candidates can apply for Coal India Management Trainee recruitment through online application mode before 19 January 2020.
Coal India Limited (CIL) is a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking under Ministry of Coal, Government of India. Salary:
Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E-2 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- at the initial Basic of Rs. 50,000/- per month during the training period. On successful and satisfactory completion of 1-year training period and passing the test conducted for the purpose, regularization will be in E-3 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/- at the initial Basic of Rs. 60,000/- with probation for 1 year, if not extended.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant branch of Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
Coal Preparation - BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in Chemical/Mineral Engineering with minimum 60% marks
Systems -BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg) in Computer Science/ Computer Engg. / IT or MCA with minimum 60% marks.
Materials Management - Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 2 years full time MBA/ PG Diploma in Management with minimum 60% marks
Finance & Accounts - Qualified CA / ICWA.
Personnel & HR - Graduates with at least two years full time Post Graduate Degree/ PG Diploma/ Post Graduate Program in Management with specialization in HR/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management or MHROD or MBA or Master of Social Work with specialization in HR (Major) from recognized Indian University / Institute with minimum 60% marks.
Marketing & Sales - Recognised Degree with 2 years full time MBA / PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing (Major) from recognized Institute / University with minimum 60% marks.
Community Development - Minimum two years full time Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma of two-year duration from a recognised University/Institute in Community Development/Rural Development/Community Organisation and Development Practice/ Urban and Rural Community Development / Rural and Tribal Development/Development Management / Rural Management with minimum 60% marks.
